This is likely...a strange question:
I bought a Schiit Modi in hopes of upgrading my computer's built-in audio. I was going to go direct RCA to RP6 but now I have interest in having my ATH-M50s hooked up as well. I would purchase the Magni but I want to have the line-out to the RP6s available (which means I'd have to go to the next available amp at $249). Do I have any options for good amps at <$200? In the future, I may upgrade my cans to something along the lines of the HD600s.
Pardon any ignorance - I'm new to the amp/DAC scene.
edit: To preface why I did not get an audio card (why I went external) - I built a Hackintosh and the driver situation is terrifying spotty. So I would rather not deal with that and go through external. To counter my situation with volume control I was just going to run through Soundflower 2Ch and make it all work.
editx2: It's real early in the morning -_- but I just saw the Fiio E09k. Would this be suitable with my DAC and a worthwhile purchase?
