I currently use a Creative X-Fi HD USB DAC/Amp, which takes a USB input and is also USB powered. I do not have a wall power socket near my setup, so what would my upgrade options be? Would I have to go for a portable amp? I know the O2 Amp+DAC Combo has USB power. Also my current Amp/DAC can also be used as a standalone DAC.
