What would you recommend if I were to buy a DAC and a separate AMP?
I never had neither one nor the other, and do not know what could have brought better sound quality. Listening to music from an old laptop Compaq Presario CQ60! I really have no idea what to buy!

Hi everyone, I have an old pair of HD 555 and I'm using a Fiio E12A. I didn't notice any difference in the sound beside the added bass when I enable the switch.
 
I have the opportunity to buy a pair of HD 598 at a really good price.
 
Will I notice a difference or not ?

What do you think of "HiFimeDIY SABRE DAC 2 + UAE23 Asynchronous USB DAC", my choice is split between this and the FiiO E10K! Or do you have nothing else to recommend with a maximum of 100 € (on Amazon EU)?
