Hi everyone,
 
Wondering what amp/dac combo people have used that they like with both top end sennheisers AND Audeze's LCD series phones. Many amps/dacs are good for one or the other, but are any good with both? 
 
Looking around the $1000 - $3000 dollar mark (total for amp + dac or single amp/dac unit). Can be desktop, portable or completely non-portable.

Since those are quite different headphones, you need a neutralish rig, otherwise you'll be favouring one or the other.
 
You should consider the Gungnir Multibit + Bryston BHA-1

Thanks for the suggestion. I really needed a starting point, and you've given me one!

Sick of looking for portable solutions, wanted to know some good amps/dacs that are just good quality, solid amps worth a lifetime of listening.

Reference sound is good, it's what I prefer anyway! I love both LCD series and HD800 for different reasons, so good to know there's some amps out there that can do both. I have the LCD-XC and getting an 800s soon.
