Currently have an HD650 with E10K. I'm considering the following:
modi 2 multibit + magni Uber
or
Jotunheim + DAC card
 
 
Does anyone have experience with these 2 options?

I would probably recommend the modi multibit, and then look in the BST for a different amp.

Jotunheim is a decent amp for the money but the DAC is nothing to write home about.  MMB is nice and a great DAC for the price.  Maybe combine the two?
 
Personally, I'd look into a nice tube amp for the HD650.  When I had mine, it tended to sound much better on tube amps.  I loved it with my Project Ember and the Bottlehead Crack is a perennial favorite.  People seem to like it with the Schiit equivalents (Lyr 2, Valhalla) too if that's your thing.
