Oviously he is a scammer. Trying to fool people who dont have a clue and think they will buy a miracle product. Its just an oem earphone.
The customer review is also faux and we can understand it was listed by the seller whos english suck. (like mines)

In all probability a scam but it's not uncommon for items to be listed at bloated prices before the selling price is finalised and the price drops. Have seen it dozens of times - even from Amazon themselves - with things like new tablets or other electrical goods.
In any case these look worth every penny of a £1,000 asking price...
