Hello,

I bought the Trafomatic Head One for a good price and am looking for a headphone recommendation.
I got the info that this amp was designed around the AT-H W1000.
I did a little reading on them and saw that a lot of people had problems with those cans if their heads were a little bigger than usual. I know, I am one of those "bigheads" as well, so I am looking for a headphone recommendation with a similar "signature", on the same level or better and a better "wearability" for bigheads

(edit) Beyerdynamic T1 are going for a OK price now, but maybe need a little more power, being 600ohm cans?

I have a big head and the W1000X fit great on me without modification. If needed, you can flex the metal headband to get the ideal fit.
 
Nothing I have used sounds quite like the W1000X -- the T1 most certainly does not. The Grado HF-2 was sort of like it in terms of overall balance but that was an open design, and I did prefer the W1000X overall.
