There is very little info on these aside from some threads that haven't been posted in since 2014.
I am looking for studio headphones for recording specifically and was intrigued by the review of the AKAI (also a M-Audio headphone I think?) saying it was completely resistant to EQ boosting yet still has good sub bass response.
this is very intriguing so i was thinking maybe i would want to give these MPC brand headphones a shot.
As these headphones haven't been reviewed since 2014 what else is like it?
Looking for $200 or less headphones, closed or open, that can get a lot of power thrown at it and not care. One of the most interesting parts of these headphones to me is it seemed like no matter how hard you pushed it EQ wise, the sound didn't really change.
edit: Seems like there's only one seller left for these for $288 which is too bad.
