It seems not that hard only if you`re sure that you`ll be happy with the result. Oratory1990`s graph shows that treble energy is much higher with perforated pads then original ones. I`m not sure about this swap.

I can certainly see that point.

I swapped for the hybrids, and Oratory's experience is absolutely not what I found. I think they tamed the highs and expanded the soundstage a bit.
