Alas, poor achmed.  I knew him well.

Achmed has changed his name to abou ben adhem

Quote:James henry Leigh Hunt
Abou Ben Adhem (may his tribe increase!)
Awoke one night from a deep dream of peace,
And saw, within the moonlight in his room,
Making it rich, and like a lily in bloom,
An angel writing in a book of gold:—
Exceeding peace had made Ben Adhem bold,
And to the Presence in the room he said
"What writest thou?"—The vision raised its head,
And with a look made of all sweet accord,
Answered "The names of those who love the Lord."
"And is mine one?" said Abou. "Nay, not so,"
Replied the angel. Abou spoke more low,
But cheerly still, and said "I pray thee, then,
Write me as one that loves his fellow men."

The angel wrote, and vanished. The next night
It came again with a great wakening light,
And showed the names whom love of God had blessed,
And lo! Ben Adhem's name led all the rest.

Achmed then changed it to abdul the bulbul ameer

Most all of your alternatives are simply too long for the forum to handle.

Achmedisdead was a compromise because Achmed The Dead Terrorist wouldn't fit.

AchmedRIP sounds short and sweet.

Maybe we should go to the Feedback and Bug Report Forum and beg/demand that we get longer avatat names.

Otherwise Rumplestiltskin won't be accepted either.......

or maybe you can pick the one you like best and ask the mods for  special dispensation. The black bird may comply.....

Speaking of currawong.

I was up at Katoomba going for a bushwalk when about 20 currawongs flew into a gum tree and serenaded my group as we started out hike..

You can negotiate with a terrorist......

achmed, come back - all is forgiven.

We have found the fountain of life.

The only problem is that you need to be alive to avail yourself of it's benefits.

Better luck in your next life - if you believe in reincarnation.  I don't.
