Dunno about you but I was squirming and arching my back with the realism of the electric clippers.
 
Very similar effect possible with 'Virtual Audio':

I find this track "Paranoi Attack by The Faint" is pretty good to test the imaging on IEMs.[VIDEO][/VIDEO]

Yeah it was kinda intense the first time i tried it.
