I happenly found a great headphone "stand". A very good female friend of mine moved out of state for new job and left me her favorite hugging monkey. Out of spur, I put my headpone on it and the cans fits perfectly. Plus:

1. it looks very cute! (Should have high SAF.)
2. the soft stuffed monkey (actually a chimp) head won't wear pads

Boy I wish I had a digi cam to snap a photo to share. It should cost around $10 and quite decrorative although need not apply for those who feel too macho to use it.

I believe SAF means "Spouse Acceptance Factor". I'm more used to seeing WAF ("Wife Acceptance Factor"), simply because you don't see that many lady audiophiles.

Hmm, now that I think about it, maybe in this case SAF means "Simian Acceptance Factor", since the target is a monkey doll? Although I certainly hope the relationship isn't the same as well...
