A good balanced amp for my RE262

Since I've got the RE262 I've wanted to get a balanced amp to get the full potential out of them but I don't no anything about balanced amps (portable of course) so what would be a good one?  If I could get one for around $300 and under that would be great.

After looking around for a few minutes the iBasso PB2 Pelican looks like it might be good and the price is right but the RSA Protector also looks very nice and I'm wondering if the RSA is worth the extra $100 over the iBasso.
