Maybe you could try Comply tips? Similar to olives, but they might not last quite as long. They would open up a lot of options for you.

I am looking for a cheap IEM with a narrow opening which will take shure olives. I want an IEM that has excellent bass. Right now I have some cheap earbuds that take Shure Olives but the sound is really bad. I know that the isolation on the foams is great, so all I want now is the sound to go with it. Please help. Most standard earbuds seem to be too big for shures. Also, I don't want to remove the plastic core or do a hack. Thanks.

comply foam tips have very good comfort, but they don't have as much noise isolation as I would like. i'm basically looking for earbuds with very narrow openings

they don't fit exactly, but I use metro.Fi 170s and enlarge the Olives with long nose pliers. Then they fit and work great. MF170 has excellent bass.

How do you use the pliers to enlarge the opening?
