It sounds really nice but yeah I have only had it a few weeks and the power button stopped working. I can def. see why people call them bread boy's ugly cakes.

I would take Mjolnir over any Stax amps but I would buy something from Headamp, Schiit, ECP, Apex or JDS LABS in a heart beat. I'm hoping one of them makes something in the $1k range.

For the gentleman with the Orbit looking for an upgrade. I went on Hifido.jp and saw a Micro Seiki dd-5 for $588. Add a dl-110 cart., Nitty Gritty 1.0 and Bugle 2 phono pre and I think you will have something that is very difficult for digital to touch.

You will need a step down transformer but I have a 300 watt acupwr, which is way more than needed to run a record player, I would sell you for just $50.
