Flacplayer app makes everything easier and wonderful

With the latest iOS, iTunes and FlacPlayer iTunes crashes every time I try to load music to Flac Player

This app?

Are you on Touch 5G or 6G?

It seem optimized for 64bit 6th gen.

Another option is to reset the database under General-flacplayer-settings.

Sorry, I misread your post.

A few days ago i updated to the latest itunes os and also bought a new Touch 6G.

I uploaded all of my library at once.
Whilst it was loading i clicked flacplayer app on the Touch and then went from collections to albums and back to collections, this triggered the importing sequence which meant it imported in parts rather the pressure of the whole.

While recently loading the flacplayer app on the new touch I experienced several issues of misplaced files.

My solution was to load albums separately that took quite some time.

The problem may have been due to vista not allowing me to run the latest version of iTunes.

Yep. It's an iPhone6. iTunes on my pc crashes the minute I click on a directory on the pc that contains flac files. It's been months since I last loaded things to FlacPlayer so All components (iTunes, iOS and FlacPlayer) have been updated since it last worked

Im on a macbook, itunes seems to play more nicely on Apple gear.

Since its been a while since last time you tried, why not try again?

It's only been a week since I last tried. It has been months since before that when it worked

Does anyone know how to get digital output from the latest generation of iPods?

Use the Lightning CCK cable to get a USB output that can drive a DAC. You will probably need a powered USB Hub or some Hub to prevent the "Too much power Drain" message.

Or something that is Apple certified like the Oppo HA-2. This way you wouldn't need this CCK bulky cable thing with powered usb hubs.

Right, like my setup.  As long as you've got a device like the Oppo HA-2, you can just run a regular usb lightning cable to get a true line out.  Not sure if you're going to like a 3.5mm or something if it's even possible w/ Apple.  All that said, I listen to the iTouch quite a bit without the amp and I'm really impressed with the sound out of my A83s.  Soooo...not really sure how necessary a 300 dollar amp is in the grand scheme of things. :)
