Companies I can think of:
Inearz
Unique Melody
1964ears
Cosmic ears.
 
I only used Inearz (they're great) but all of them have excellent reviews. Unique Melody has an office representative in Australia but it takes some time to get yours done due to high demand (can't really tell). 1964 has an interesting low profile but you have to ask to get more information. Cosmic Ears offer good products for a good price based in Sweden. 
 
Having fitting issues with the W4 or the Earsonics?

ya , Inearz & 1964ears is the one i'm looking at , and the rest is just less consider ,
also i'm more consider the quality of the work than price
