That's not the case. Kev ordered the A6. He just got to step 4 today. So that's over a month for step 3 to 4.

Not quite sure how their order queue works.
A month for going from step 3-4 isn't reasonable at all.

I'm still on step 3 btw. Almost 4 weeks now and the quoted build time is 4-5 weeks. I don't think it will make it on time.

My guess now is that they are busy with their "company transitions" lol

No that's the current case. The if you watch the vids on the page it shows the new case.

They said on Kickstarter that they were having problems with the injection mold company and the cases were delayed by about a month. So perhaps it would be safe to say  2 months before it's available. Here the correct link to the case. Here is the link where they show the new case:

i believed they start to shipped all the u series today.I heard from one of the sources who worked from the company.But they wont be update the site soon due to the encryptions problem.They will send the tracking info via email.So watch out your spam inbox..
