I mostly listen to electronic music when doing these activities, especially hard dance in general (hardcore/hardstyle primarily) and to a lesser degree techno so looking for something that makes those genres sound good.

Can be earbuds or IEMs, main thing is they need to stay in without me messing with them.

You're probably going to want something with a silicone support like the Beats Fit Pro. They're regularly on sale refurbished for around $150, and I see open box on Amazon for $120ish with full warranty and easy returns, so I'd probably go that route.

Yeah, it amazes me too - I'm suggesting Beats - but I had some time with an ex's pair and they're not bad. A bit boomy out of the box, but you can always eq to taste, and they stay in place well without being bulky.
