Hello,
*Meeting room has been booked for May 20th at Sam Gary Branch Library in Denver. Meeting room has been reserved from 9AM until 4PM. We will have 20 tables to setup gear on. It's the meeting room that is just opposite the main entrance, one we've always used.
All are welcome, you don't have to bring gear to attend. There is no cost to attend, however donations for the room will be accepted at the meet until we reach $70, suggested donation is $5.
No major rules, be mindful of noise level around people listening. Handle other peoples gear respectfully, both hands. Don't crank up the volume of other peoples gear too loud, no one wants to hear their headphones blaring from the other side of the room..
No food allowed in the meeting space itself, there are restaurants within walking distance.
See you on the 20th of May!!
edit: The general idea of these meets is to check out new equipment, people want you to hear their equipment! You generally don't have to ask a member if you can check out their gear if you are sitting down at their table, but you should let them know / ask if you want to take their gear to another table. If you are unsure, just ask! Check out peoples sources on the equipment list spreadsheet posted below to see what media you should bring, bringing a flash drive with music on it is a good idea. People also tend to have music you can listen to on their sources as well. Some general etiquette, for first time attendees.

Please add equipment you are bringing to this Google Docs Spreadsheet.

Thanks,
