Hey Guys,
 
A couple of days ago I bought a pair of Fidue A83's.  I'm enjoying them so far, but I just tried to remove the ear tips and the small gold filter fell out of one of the ear tips.
 
I have tried to put it back in, but it keeps falling out.  
 
Here is the issue.  I bought them from a Cayin retailer in China.
 
My warranty information is in Chinese and the person I bought it from barely spoke English.
 
I live in China and customer service is something that is not really a thing here.  I've looked on the Fidue website and no e-mail is listed (only phone numbers).  My Chinese is not to the point where I could have this kind of conversation over the phone (or in person for that matter).
 
Does anyone know of a way to contact Fidue in English?
