The tour has started! Mine is almost ended, and although I'd love to add participants, I do need the B1 for personal use. If you want to join the USA tour, I believe @money4me247 is still accepting participants.
Please note: This tour is regardless of whether I get to keep the B1. If I don't get to keep it, it just goes straight back to Aune after the last tour-ist
Each person in the tour can keep it for 7 days from arrival (including the day it arrived), and must ship it on the eighth one. Priority mail flat rate small box ($5.25 USPS) is probably your cheapest option. However, I'd like to say at least for now that each package must be insured to $190, an extra $3.00 or so I think.
You must also include a review. At least 1 picture is mandatory. More is optional, but please make it somewhat more than initial impressions. Comparisons are a plus (hence the questions about headphones and amps).
Please be careful (more than usual) with the B1, as it may become mine somewhere along the road. Scratches through normal shipping and usage is not your fault, dropping it on the floor by mistake is. Remember that Aune will not be happy if it comes back dented or otherwise ruined, if they want it back. I will try to include a carrying bag as well, although the only one I can find right now is a very nice one, and I'd like to keep it
Tour Rules:
1. Shipping: Pack it well. You must ship the B1 in a plastic ziplock bag, cover it with bubble wrap, and put it in a box. If you want to use the previous applicant's packaging and box, that's fine, as long as it is intact. You must insure it to $200 as well. Tape it where it may open due to rough shipping - USPS's flat rate small box can open where you tuck the sides in.
These rules do not apply to members driving it to the next participant in their area, although you should bring the box/packaging as well to the next person out of courtesy, in case he wants to use it.
2. Needless to say, it must be shipped with what it came with - Aune B1 amp, carrying bag, and charger.
3. You can keep the B1 for 7 days at most (including the day you received it), and on the 8th day you must ship it out/ transfer it to the next user.
4. Reviewers will not be held responsible for any damage to the B1 sustained during shipping or normal usage, excluding accidents.
5. Reviewers should try to review objectively and fairly, although more than 1 photo is not required. Videos can be used as a supplement but not in exchange for a written review
6. Reviewers should try not to be overly negative of the product.
7. In the review, please indicate that the B1 you are reviewing is a loan unit, in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
8. The sender must provide the tracking number to both me and the recipient via PM. Recipient must post whether they've received the item in good working condition.
9. Please post all impressions in the impression thread, and reviews directly on the product.
And please be safe with the B1. Happy posting!
