Once this is out, would we be able to do a trade in upgrade of the X3 to the X3II and pay the difference?

I am not clear how to post a link to my review of the E07 Andes here on head-fi but it is out there. (On an ipad in a Srarbucks)

I have a X1 and a X3 and an. e07 Andes.

Also have modded ipod 5.5g and mini and various iPhones.

Headphones include sennheiser px-100 and buds.
Nuforce in ears.
Yuin pk3 buds.
Wood and In hear Sooners from something called sound magic.
Shures E2c with custom molds.

Located in Midwest of USA.

Did FiiO make the 2nd gen x3 USB3 or is it still usb2? Any consideration of making it USB3 capable if not already?

Hey, Joe. No answer to this? This is ironic really. I was glancing at my dad's samsung S5, thinking about getting one, going through his etc, looked at the USB female connector on it and instantly seen it looks like the above picture! But female. The S5 is USB3. It looks like company's are taking on the USB3 with their devices, is FiiO taking this step of direction at all or plan to?

I can't believe this thing still has a scroll wheel. At least the buttons are labeled...
