Hi @gonzfi,
Is there any problems of your Windows 10 reading other USB devices? 
If yes, you could check whether your PC is forbidden to read USD device. You could see the setting in the Device Manager.

Recently I've thought I had a problem in my m1Pro...(see above)
To make A long story short, I've contacted the company representative Mary. A very very NICE lady!!! 
Per her advice, I've sent the device to Soundaware China  , for repair. (There is no Soundaware rep. Where i live)
 
Mary accompanied me throughout the whole process of the testing in the lab, and has not forgotten to update me on the status almost on a daily basis!!!
Today I've got back the Player (hoo I've missed it

) - good as new.
 
I wish to thank Mary and Soundaware for a great product and excellent customer service!!!
 
 
 
BTW the "problem" was that the battery drained out completely and I've couldn't charge it. I've tried to charge it again for several hours But no luck....What I didn't do is trying power it up while the charger was attached.... Foolish me ....

Did you make the cable yourself?
Nice Job!! (The shrinks a specially) Could you please describe the scheme of the wire connections? Please do tell where did you purchase those nice jacks?

Mary helped me get one but it was too long so got a friend to cut and shorten it for me, same friend who did my Valoq OPA627SM

Will the tour take place in the US, Mary (soundaware)? If so, the Esther Analog review unit you sent me can most certainly join the tour. I've already been passing it around to a few of my headfi buddies. So I'd vote for you to send M1 Pro. That way people can hear both. I know I'd like to hear M1 Pro in comparison to M1 Analog!

Will Soundaware be at Rocky Mountain Audio Festival in October? I'll be there this year. It'd be nice to stop by and say hello :wink:

Hi Mary,
 
do send out the M1Pro, and perhaps you could discuss with lincoln on the possibility of the M1Pro Studio edition being sent out too. I understand that you currently have other plans for it, but I think it would really be good to get the M1Pro studio edition out there to let people see what your DAPs are capable of. Having used the studio edition for the past few months, I must say that the studio edition has exceeded even some of the most expensive players on the market.
