And then juuuuuustttt a little more than that for the dual driver version. After which my wallet may be crying. Just abit.

An estimated price of around $80 does not look fancy so I have no problem if I had to spend money that instant.
I'm really curious with multiple drivers IEM really, only one I've tried is my friend's SE535 but that costs F'ing 400€.
I really hope at least the B6DD could stand its ground. Can't wait can't wait can't wait

I've never had a MMCX connector item before so does anyone have any suggestions on what'd be a good alternative cable to the default one Havi provides?

I am thinking of replacing the cable when I get them too.
Easiest way might be buying FiiO RC-SE1 cable or find Chinese sellers on ebay, they actually make good and sturdy stuffs.

If I know Havi, and if they say that they improve the cable, I bet you'll ever need a replacement. Also B6 package will have 2 different cables. One with the mic supposed to deliver slightly bassier sound as well. 4 separate wires, Kuraray silk outer cover and all golden contacts sounds great on specs. But I also like to experiment different cables, so don't want to explode the dream bubbles

Until we hold the B6 in our hands, sharing the excitement and thinking of it wont hurt

Might buy the aftermarket cable only for the looks :D
They might look good with white braided cable and more importantly, matches with my portable rig as well
I've been wanting a dual driver detachable IEM but not Shure so my future purchase for the B6 is already justified

I'm getting excited about reading reviews about this thing!  Beginning of February right?

Somehow all this wait and hype just makes me wonder what the B9 will be like.. Triple drivers...? Wondering also if the B6 Duo will be a noticeable improvement over the B3. That marvel of engineering is already pretty hard to beat..

As a Trance/EDM fan, I think I'll be happy with the B6 Pirate based on what other iems I like, as long as it doesn't sacrifice treble like the B3 Pro-II(from reviews I've read). Dynamic drivers tend to work better with that type of music, as opposed to balanced armatures, now if the B9 were a hybrid BA/Dynamic, hmmm, this might get expensive

If only it were known.....
If the B9 is a triple, detachable and at least $150 I would get it for sure.

Triple driver hybrid with detachable cables and standard plug for $150..?

Whoa that's 200SGD.. But considering the price of a Westone W30 I will probably be hard-pressed NOT to get it.

Well, the Westone and the Shure both are kinda uuurgh........ 300€+
The only triple that I've heard is my friend's SE535 and yes that thing is 400€ but it did sound amazing
Given Havi's popularity, even this dual B6 is enough to keep me curious. But is the B9 real?

Well, there's a placeholder for the B9 on their taobao website, thought there's nothing that shows up there as yet.

I have been using the Havi for some time unamped, and listened to them amped after a good long while, holy moly do they sound a lot better. I had forgotten how much better they sound with some amping. can't wait to see how they scale :)

Since the neutral version of the B6 is so far off, I decided to get the au-glamour ag-r1 in the meantime. I figured if I waited for that 2nd B6 version it could be half a year, or even a year, and I wanted something to use unamped so I opted for these $25 iems. We'll see how they are. I'll still get the B6's if the reviews are good. The B3s are great, and I like reading that people still discover them to be significantly better amped. I'm thinking of gettting the spiral dots, the ML size, and then maybe offering to trade a pair for a M pair if anyone's interested. But they're $21 on ebay, that particular size is. A lot for tips!
