At different times and with different computers, I cannot change my password because "there has been an error in our system and we can't process the request".

I just tested, and I've had no issues. Let me file this ticket.
What browser(s) did you use to attempt to update your password? What OSes? (It will help the tech guys investigate this issue.)

I'm getting a different error when trying to change my password; "You did not enter your old password correctly!" despite using the exact same password that I logged in with.

I was getting this error and found clearing cookies fixed it. Had the issue on another forum using the same software too.

There are a couple of ways to change password. Trying to change from my preferences did not work.
Requesting the ability to change password from "Forgot Password" at the login step worked for me.
