So I tried the 64-bit driver but there still is a pretty nasty delay of about 0,8 seconds. I really hope this can be improved because it wont be good for anything other than music with this delay. How much was the delay of the 32-bit driver before?

Here it is.
You should turn off the digital signature before installing.

Thanks bro, much appreciated!

File size shouldnt matter if you send it over in 16/44 or 16/48 which are the only options available. I really hope they can improve/remove the delay so I won't have to buy a seperate dac/amp for my pc.

Any ideas why the driver isn't digitally signed, from what I understand the delay was due to the signature from Microsoft?
Coz it's still not signed yet. Thats why the firmware is beta version instead of official one.

I make all, but I have in device manager Error 52.

Start up the computer with an option that will ignore signatures, and it should work.  If you cannot do it in DOS prompt(it didn't work for me), you can do it during windows start up.  Press F8 before windows logo comes up, and you will get start up options, and there should be one regarding signatures.  Once the OS starts up ignoring signatures, the drivers will be functional that you previously installed, and that yellow triangle will be gone.

Thanks! That worked for me in Windows 7. I did have to go to the device manager and manually install the drivers from there though.

Now to get it to work properly on my Surface Pro w/ Windows 8.1
