I posted my upcoming rig (as soon as the DX90 hits our shores), guilty as charged. I hereby dare anyone to send me the AK240 and I will do a comparative review between those two $2400 setups

Seriously though, I'd love to try the AK240 to see if it's $500 woth of DAP in a $1900 wrapper or a fantastic single-unit rig worth the pricetag.

 I wonder if AK is getting exactly the press they are looking for with the pricing of the 240. The AK240 isn't the issue, we need the DX90 to beat an AK100 Mk2 as an all in one. If it does that, the rest is gravy.

No, Soren. My question was not directed at you. I was just a little frustrated that a DAP that will be equipped with two high end DAC needs to be compare with iriver lower end 8740 make-over just because of its pricing.

If this is yet what is to come, the DX50 is a pretty good single 8740 dac implementation, if iBasso continues to keep pace with its ability to ace dac implementations, my feeling is we are going to hear what it sounds to listen to one of the best double saber dac implementation. I can't wait for the dap to be on sale. :beerchug:
