Only Sennheiser was butthurt over the pricing since they're so strict on it, but it's not like they can abandon Amazon as a vendor.

Butthurt or not, they gave me the full warranty.

My kids seem to have more wax than I do by far - I think as you age, wax becomes less of an issue.

It's the opposite with me and my Dad. He has copious amounts that always get stuck on IEM buds when he finishes listening (which made me reluctant to lend my MTPGs to him while I still had them) while I barely have any at all.

Really?  Ha...I have none at all and I thought that was normal.  Yuck.

The purpose of this thread was to have a place where regulation wasn't as much of an issue for those that wanted to discuss.
"Deals and Discussion".

While it's far from ideal for everyone, I find it much more relaxing than the overly policed old "deals only" thread.

I can kind of understand, log on to see 11 posts in deals and no deals. And half of those are discussion about earwax, which by any objective measure is off topic :p

Guys, highly recommended!

Sent from my SCH-i705 using Tapatalk

I would've snapped it up but for the fact that I've already reached the limit of my parent's patience when I bought the Portaphile 627 Micro.

I know it isn't a retailer, but there is a pair of new Ortofon E-Q5's in the FS thread for $140 shipped anywhere (maybe an exception or two) in the world - if that doesn't qualify as a deal, I don't know what does - I bought one from him earlier - GREAT little headphone and if you consider shipping & Paypal, 50% off.

Great seller too.

Wow. I don't need another set of cans, but I love the wood on these and just about every review I could find was either very positive or a flat out rave. I got a pair. Thanks!

Interestingly, I found both the direct link on Amazon for $232.26 and another link from Avshoppe fulfilled by Amazon for $229.99. Both with free shipping.

I went for the Avshoppe offering because I pay sales tax buying directly from Amazon. Almost 10% on top of the price.

Can't wait to get them!
