The most detailed (perfect: each frequency zoom-able) & powerful (perfect: up to 130 dB on a single frequency, not "touching" any others' gain)

 

Taking in count wallet:

Market leaders in under $200 are FiiO e07k Andes and FiiO E17, E18 for andriod (?).

I don't understand what is supposed to be discussed here. 

 

There's no such thing as a perfect amp; however, many amps can be considered good enough for a given application.
