Contact Stephen Guo at Unique Melody, he confirmed they can do it.

So the whole freqphase technology is replicable in remold?  Admittedly, I don't really have knowledge of what that is, only that it's a supposed improvement.  Thanks.

Same here. There's something wrong on the left side that sometimes I have to press on the cable connector to get the right sound.

It actually seems to be around the bass pots and the 3.5mm jack where it's cutting out. There is no friggin way I'm paying $1500.00 for some third party cable for a $1200.00 set of earphones. I stepped way out buying these thinking I'd get years of enjoyment like my other older IEM's or my 12 year old HD580's or even older 24 year old MDR V6's. Was I expecting too much, should I expect to have to replace a bad cable before they're 7 months old, maybe 100 hours, and that's pushing it. I've recabled the HD580's, and new Beyer velour pads for the MDRV6, but, that was after a decade for one and over 2 for the other with hundreds and hundreds of hours of listening. Again I love the sound of them above all of my other cans, when I could used them. Now I'm looking at what, another $100 cable to last what, another 6 months-maybe? I can't say the sound quality justifies this. Well maybe, but maybe not, still p!sses me off.

It used to be really expensive to get aftermarket cable for the new JH port, but now there is at least one company that offers it for around $200.

Although not shown, the bass adjust is on the y-spliter.  Mimouille has one.

Well actually I (will soon) have the less affordable one of the collection :D

Anyways, I own / have owned the Signal, Cronus, Oslo II and will soon have the Prima Donna, and this company has top build and great service (through Stephen Guo).

These have the tunable bass pots? Will the silver brighten them up or is that just a placebo? How is their quality, anyone have these and for any length of time and hours of usage?

Thanks for the site and any feedback.

Yes and PM Mimouille for more info.  However, silver in general helps but the effect is really minor.

Nice, I might take the cheap one off your hands IF I decided to get the Angie, but it is unlikely at this point.

Hopefully other makers will follow suit, and start releasing cables with the Siren connectors. The memory wire on the stock cable is seriously getting to me.

Anyway, I once owned a Beat Audio cable for my Shure SE535 (like ages ago). Pretty well built, and took only a couple of weeks to arrive. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with.

The issue is getting the new port connector for the cable makers, either from JH or elsewhere.

Yeah, I suppose you're right. It's been more than a year, and we're barely seeing cable companies releasing products with the Siren connectors. If we didn't have the Layla and Angie, I suspect the wait would be even longer.
