I pkugged into the usb on the iMac and cant load music. The screen said usb connected but not getting past that screen. Can someone tell me what to do here.

  Unfortunately it is not, tried signing up with JUX to search for it but couldn't do that either. Is there a public link or is it compact enough to cut and paste?

 
That link worked for me.   I am using Chromium on my laptop.  Might try a different browser.  If you are using mobile device, perhaps it is not supported.

Chrome on my desktop was what was not working. Could only get into the source code and read it that way. However, switching to IE, I am now able to access the full HTML version by pasting the link.

I need to load that to itunes and copy to the card and yes that would be a great test. I have some Checky binaural loading now with some high resolution files and some albums for hd tracks

How do you find it compares to your C3/BH combo? I just purchased one from the 3rd batch to replace my C3/BH2 combo in hopes to get an upgraded, less fatiguing sound.

It almost sounds like some units are kind of more bug-infested than others....or maybe some people here use really weird tags/filenames or whatever.

when I scroll by album they all appear in order as they should (say 1 - 14), then I play from one and skip through the tracks, for example 4, 7 & 10 could be missing altogether - the thing just doesn't seem to read them when playing

Well, all power to you, but I think it's worth waiting a few days for a firmware update.

OK.....I'm not sure what people's tagging with.  But both file browsing mode and my music mode of browsing music I can see all the tags/file names of my chinese and japanese music.  What the player doesn't read is my korean stuff......just giving an update.  I'm going to do some side to side listening with the line out on this versus the DX100 right now on some songs to see how this sounds.
 
I love this UI thus far, extremely fluid.  My unit wouldn't respond to touch commands and I had to do a battery pull but since then it's been stable.

Why does it matter?  I thought the DX50 could play gapless even without tags, and even in file browser mode? 
 
If that's not the case, I was given some false information by iBasso.
