Momentums sound pretty good but they may be uncomfortable for some people because they're only half over-ear and half on-ear (they go "over" the back of your ears but sit "on" the front of your ears). You might want to try them out at a store before you buy.
Bose is actually very good for train rides if you get the noise cancelling models. The new QC20i sounds excellent (aside from lack of air >10khz) and is very comfortable, especially if you're someone who doesn't like the feeling of sticking an IEM deep into your ears. And of course the over-ear QC15 has been the gold standard for ANC since it was released.
For non-ANC the best-sounding portable headphone IMO is still the P7, if you can afford it.
