thanks ye 100 are the onse i emailed lendmeurears and he said that those are those.
im playing flac through these vsd3s, and it adds airiness to music and opens sound stage. mp3 also sounds good, but flac seem to open them up and adds more detail, airness and opens sound stage. with flacs they remind me of amperiors i had in terms of detail. i dont know if i should buy gr07 no more these are good enough for me. and i like the bass. so and large tip makes a seal on left ear today. it decided to work today or somefin.

thanks may be, its like you wake up and left speaker doesnt work anymore, doesnt make even a single sound. you wont even believe it. its like yours headphone you wake up and one speaker doesnt work. i dont know. and sellotaping the jack didnt even help. lol anyway, ill try a stab at a different iem in the future. lol

I know I'll at least be keeping an eye on VSonic for their future offerings though. They would be making fantastic IEMs in all respects if they'd just improve the physical quality. Their works are a little too fragile right now, though they offer stellar sound for the money.

ye i was enjoying the sound on them but today the left speaker just isnt working. not even a sound on left earphone. i cant digure out why they dont work cause its essentially a new iem. only right iem now works. nice bass though.

Ouch. Sucks bro.

Thanks chief. This is actually the replacement pair. First pair had an issue with the left monitor as well, which they chalked up to the connection. I would imagine it is the same problem here but the first pair had detachable cables. I take pretty good care of my IEMS, they are either in my ears or in their hard shelled case. Haven't had issues with any other IEM that I own or have owned except for vsonic, including the gr07 be, plenty of durability issues there for me. Giving up on them, including any higher end items they may make in the future, just bought a n4.

I'm still keeping an eye on them, but I probably won't be purchasing unless they have something that really dazzles. I've already go some really nice IEM gear that doesn't have durability issues and sound amazing. Super comfortable as well, all day with no discomfort which is quite a feat for me cuz I have small ears.

I currently have the vsd1s, but they are only comfortable to wear over the ear. This swaps the left and right channels, which a problem for games and videos.
Looks like the newer VSDs are meant to be worn over ear so the channels shouldn't be swapped when worn over the ear.
I like how the vsd1s sound. My other headphones are SR-80 and the DT990.
Which one of the vsonic models (vsd3,vsd3s,vsd5 or other?) would be the best for mostly rock music (at under 100$)?
Currently thinking of getting the vsd3s.

vsd3s have actually have alot of bass so i dont know if they work for rock. they are detailed enough but not very detailed wich could be a good thing cause mp3 sound good. if you get something with more detail and play mp3 with them they would sound very crap or like you wasted money, you need flacs or dsd for detailed iems to sound good. and prefered also a good dac. vsd3s sound like beats solo 2 just a bit more up front. check out solo 2 and see if it works with rock then yes. or you can get vsd3 that one is without too much bass. but with vsonic you might be sending them back for replacement cause they break on their own.they sound good or relatively good for 45 euro but dutability is so so. diy feel like cable

Can't believe it's almost a year since I purchased the VSD3s. Really love these earphones, but m right ear piece sometimes cut sound off. So I'm planning on looking for an upgrade some time this month or next month. I like to listen to Hip Hop, Rap, Rock, and Jrock. My budget is about $100. What are some options for me?

IM70 is a great one to look at.
