Ok, so gave the LE a more thorough listen after about 30 hours of burn-in, so I can share my latest impression. There isn't a substantial change and I don't think that even going to the suggested 200 hours will completely change my experience with it. While the LE can be driven decently with not very powerful sources it seems to scale pretty well when amped.

Setting aside the stupid old man sound, old man tuning and other nonsense of the annoying master of trolling, the LE is a pretty good iem with a slightly different take on the VSD1 family sound.

The LE definitely has thicker note presentation and sounds smoother and sweeter. It's slightly dark in tone giving the VSD1 and VSD1S a slight edge in overall clarity but they both also sound drier in comparison. The LE's bass gets better control and tightens when amped but I still will put it a bit behind the VSD1S' tighter bass - they are similar impact wise but LE's a touch slower.

As far as the treble goes, it's smoother but missing some of its brothers' air on top making it sound a tad congested in comparison. Out of the three though the VSD1's treble is the least refined and the grainiest, especially next to the LE.

Soundstage-wise the VSD1 and VSD1S sound more airy and open while the LE sounds fuller and more euphonic but overall a bit more intimate even though the lusher sound can give the impression of a grander size.

Nah, you've been trolling nonsense like the LE being boring being more rounded in the bass, being for old men and etc. etc. nonsense. In reality it's the least boring of the three with flat EQ as it's the least neutral one and with its sound signature will be more consumer friendly and more to the liking of what the kids like these days not the old men. The bass isn't any more rounded than the VSD1's just thicker and might be a touch slower unamped. The treble extends good enough - there is still plenty of low-treble energy and sparkle and I actually quite preferred the LE with female vocals giving them a more wet and fluid tone. In fact the VSD1 with its grainier and drier treble might be considered the most boring of the three but it's the biggest sounding of the three soundstage-wise because its mids are more laid back then  the mids of his brothers.
Anyway, the 3 are great and solid performers with slightly different takes on a similar sound and which one to choose will come down to your  personal preference - not to the nonsensical remarks of the master troll trying to be interesting or my alcohol-induced rambling.

edit: as far as my preference it will be VSD1S >= VSD1LE > VSD1 ( It's still too early to decide between VSD1S and LE)

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! BREAK THROUGH BABY!!!

DAT BURN-IN DAT TEXTURE DAT HEAD ROOM DAT STAGE DAT DETAILS DAT CLARITY DAT 3D_NESS  T_T

More to come......

Please say the treble has opened up...

Switched from jlabaudio burn in loop of frequency sweeps and colored noises on mid volume (30 hrs to loosen up the driver) to songza's wobbling bass channel on high volume (20 hrs so far to break in the driver). We'll see...

Nah the treble is about the same, but all the other aspects of the frequency seems to have, subtle but noticeable changes which when added up makes their sound more engaging/ cohesive.

But i will preface it with nutmans impressions of the Cradas:

This is a revelation/ break though even for me. I'll post updated burn-in impressions tomorrow after mo' burn-in.

Well, yo be honest I didn't really push them really hard during the initial 30 hours of burn-in, so it's probably time for my super-secret-highly-potent-groundbreaking method of burn-in I've had great results in the past with.

Hi guys, I was interested in getting the VSD1S but after further research, I found out that there is a LE version... So I was wondering if any of you guys know where to purchase this LE version since it seems it's the better choice among the three brothers. Thanks!

Sorry, I have no idea - both headphoniaks and the ebay seller bigbargainolnilne sold out all the units they have. I don't know if any seller will be able to get their hands on any more units as that's why it's called a limited edition and is pretty hard to find. Yeah, you could use a middleman like mistertao or lugbuy to buy one from taobao where some people are selling their brand new unopened Limited Editions but they are selling it at a premium price and when you add commission fees and shipping and it will come down to like $110-120.
I guess you can wait to see if a unit pops somewhere on ebay or the for sale forum here but you might as well just get a VSD1S - it has its merits too.

Damn I'm tired. I just spent the entire night listening to VSD1LE and comparing it to VSD1 and VSD1S. I have muscle fever from all that swapping of iems. Anyway, I'll give them a couple more days more to see if anything will change with more burn-in and I'll share my final impressions or I might just share my impressions from this night tomorrow after I get some sleep.
