There was and still is I suppose a interconnect which is all gold, but I can't remember who makes it.

Acoustic Zen makes an attractive cable, but the mesh tends to snag real easy.

I love the looks of the XLR versions of the Kimber Select's. The 1121 & 1130. Very classy!

I think the AudioQuest Cheetahs look NICE...the silver connectors...the battery pack...aaaah

How about the Bogdan Silver Spirit? I think they are some of the hottest ICs I've ever seen.

DESCRIPTION: Two large Teflon tubes, separated on the midle with 3" long solid Ebony wood separator, which, with cable O-ring stoppers, acting as vibration damping device. Each tube is fitted with spiral, pure Silver, solid core, uninsulated, bare wire. Separating the wires, using AIR dielectric and Eichmann solid silver Bullet plugs.
