For me there was no way to hide what I bought (refer to sig) since my internet account is linked to my father's online bank account. I had a lot of explaining to do and I told him that I won't be buying any more headphones for this kind of money, little does he know I have dreams of an LCD3!

Its a him..punkie is his name. I found him almost dead while he was only 2 weeks old on the streets abanoned in the middle of the night in portugal on my holiday..with one eye almost blind and only bones..i catnapped him to holland in my car..brought him to the vet..and now part of the family.. he is completely healthy and sometimes a big pain in the ass as he is very stuborn :D

Thanks..but what else could i do? Let him die?as he would if i didnt do what i did..but its offtopic :D let us go back to headphones :wink:

To get your LCD3 rig, you'll only have to sell both your kidneys and your E17, ipod, htc phone, sony laptop, Matrix M-Stage, he400s, and ie80s! LOL I'm aslo saving up for an lcd3 rig and I have to sell just about all my possessions, my laptop, speakers, ps3, etc. It's worth it though, heard them out of the schiit stack a few weeks ago, and it blows your he400s out of the water hehehe

As we all know..the he500 vs paradox is a contraversy not one of both sides of the camp admits the other is better. U like the paradox ( being the most extreme. Neutral phone around) or the more warmsounding colored he500.. I dont even mix into that thread anymore..as its not funny anymore..somehow people who like the paradox hate the he500..because he500 owners tend to believe that what i just said..the phone to be beaten under 1000.. And what happened.. :D Both phones are completely different..one is a more monitor sounding phone the other the more romantic one..u guess which one is which :D both are good phones..only for different tastes :wink:

 Even now I don't think HE-500's are bad - they are maybe the best mass producted headphones under 1000$, but that doesn't mean it's cure-for-all. For me Paradox is slightly better, so i sold HE-500.

..what is in ur opinion the thing that made u keep the paradox and sell the he500..and what amp ur using?
