2 day meet? Hm... airfare might be worth it for 2 days.
Also.. if this happens, perhaps the return of CanJam (proper)??

That's a lot of pressure on me but I would be honored to bring back CanJams.

Two day event.........think i will be working for the next year straight to make extra money for the TH900 i heard.  Meets end up costing me big bucks, i gotta be very careful about how many i attend

Lucky I didn't see the Zodiac Gold at this meet or i would have really been in trouble.

You'll need to talk with higher ups for CanJam. For now just call it a meet.

So who's up for a mini-meet in South OC?

Bring it on!  Let me know what I can do to help.

Just curious: how many of the SoCal locals who hang out here are also members of LAOCAS?  And is it worth reaching out to Bob to talk about some kind of joint event (although that would have to be in 2014, as the 2013 LAOCAS schedule is already pretty firm)?

who exactly should I talk to about making it a CanJam?
edit: i messaged Jude today about it.

Jude is certainly a good person to talk to about this. i'd also suggest talking to organizers of all the previous canjams going back to 2006, long before the canjam name was coined.

Looks like a nice meet, congrats to all who put the effort in:

Regarding what I think was the DNA Sonett II amp; I read one quick impression earlier in the thread compared to the Stratus, but I am curious if anyone has any detailed or longer impressions of the amp, the value, design and/or any improvments made over the original Sonett. I believe this was the first public showing of the II. I know there was a ton of summit-fi equipment there and you guys were like kids in a open candy shop, but any impressions are appriciated. Cheers.

x2 !!
more detailed impressions, as well as labeling the photos (so those who don't know the attendees, both human & gear, can put name to face) would be very helpful and much appreciated!

Phil's Beta22 amp. Really beautiful.

From what I understand it was a very expensive build, so how does it sound?
