A short questionnaire about mobile phones for coursework

This questionnaire is part of my business coursework, its a very short and simple questionnaire that consists of mostly multiple choice questions so it won't take you much time and I will be really appreciate if you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance

FYI:  You might find that giving the option of "Other" on the questions is going to make your results less useful.  You could have a large percentage of responses that cannot be easily correlated.
 
I also noticed that your questions seemed to imply a personal purchase instead of a business purchase, but you didn't explicitly specify that's what you wanted.

Well I have collected quite a few results already so I won't be creating a corrected one but thanks for the useful information, I will make sure not to make the same mistakes again if I have to make another questionnaire =]
