Honestly, I'd rather sit under the Tree of Criminal Intent, waiting for an opportunity to rob Gavin. =P

Na... Gavin is always happy to share and we learn from him. We all will bring something different to the table: better to keep diversity.

Okay, in that case I'll just rob all of you. Now all I need is the date, time and place in HK. Let me know in advance soI can hire some mobsters. If the old HK films are any indication, I should be able to find some Ekin Chang lookalikes along Causeway Bay. Come to papa, Chord Hugo!!

How coherent does the MH334 sound (esp. In comparison to JH13 Pro FP)?

Lukalop, I don't own the JH13 Pro FP, and so won't be able to help you with a direct comparison. But insofar as the MH334 is concerned, it is very coherent and musical. It is one of those IEMs which once you slip on, you could leave on for a long time.

I've been running the MH334 with Toxic Cables Black Widow and the Hifiman HM 802. Very musical combination. Because the MH334 is not meant to be a scapel or microscope like the 435 is, you don't have to worry about the loss of extreme clarity with the BW. What you have, as a result, is a very nice musical and relaxed view of the music. Add to that the HM 802 with the classic amp card, which I recall is tuned to be a bit like the HM 801 sig, and you have a good thing going - gives me a nice warm fuzzy feeling.
I had also tried the MH 334 with the 901. It sounds good as well.
As for my preferred cable with the MH334, it's the BW by quite a long way. Great synergy there.
What I will say that I have absolutely no regrets getting the MH. Will I keep my TG 334? Hmm... What I will say is that the two are not as similar as they have been sometimes made out to be. I can see both co-existing alongside each other. Besides, a good friend has an option to purchase mine if he ever decides he wants a Fitear... You know who you are!
