Mardock Scramble First Compression impression: Spoilers will of course be in here(the parts without the spoiler tag are not spoilers, but just regular feelings). read at your own discression.
Wow, great not masterpiece, or anything. But i will explain later why wow. First thing to keep in mind is. To not think of this as a full movie. but actually just the first part of it. So when you are halfway through and it's still slow...it's bc this is not the whole movie. they are taking it a step at a tie into the trilogy
With that end, i wished to learn more about Balot... what happened to her in full. I don't want to know more and anything, but the intrigue is killing me! The sadness! How! What is going on!? What are the these "cases"! This movie is mainly a mind game as it makes you like it just with the emotion it gets out of you due to the mishappenings of our young(way too young) heroin Balot!
I give this an 8/10 or a B. Not a must. but still a great film I recommend N- y - a - @ (it's linked on page 1) for anyone who are looking for this. But be careful. Other than pausing, and starrting. The 1080P version may crash your computer if you try to skip around.(10.7GB's for 1 hour of video -__- ) I was running the experimental and not stable at all version of VLC with this so that had something to do with this too.

not masterpiece, or anything. But i will explain later why wow. First thing to keep in mind is. To not think of this as a full movie. but actually just the first part of it. Most direcotrs use such a sad story to trigger immense feelings in the watcher. This one did from the thought of it but not form the initial presenation. after you watch the beginning you will not think of this way due to how Balot presents herself and her tone of voice. It feels like she is a regular. The beginning doesn't really draw much emotion. This movie just throws you into the middle. As we go on, we learn more about who saved her amongst other things. We learn more about Balot, see her fun side; and we see how she thinks of what love is, how she yearns. the feeling evoked wasn't huge, but the thought was big and gentle. Very heartwarming....and then it hit's us...one of the thing's we didn't want to ever hear...How she became this way.. She was raped by her father at a tender age of 12. This movie is filled with some ggraphic scenese that just play on the mind. IT was disgusting, it was filthy. the thought and the sight of the man on Balot was disgusting; putrid. Emotions arised as the director intended. With Balot drawn so beautfiuly and intricate. So alone.This was bound and made to happen; how we perceive Balot. And with that we learn more about oeufrphoc's use's and some great fighting visuals...and the movie ends with a big cliffhanger -_- the second movie isn't out yet, but how a Director ends is criticial to how the next one does, either it be a sequel to a movie or the next episode of the first ep of the new season.
