I had the Pebble Time for a few weeks before selling it. It was a decent watch and I enjoyed having notifications visible without needing to be near my phone or remove it from my pocket. But in the end there just wasn't enough functionality to justify spending $170 on a watch with only limited access to the phone's OS. I want an Apple Watch but I do not want a first generation version. I'll probably get one of my own when the 2.0 is released.

I imagine Android users have a better experience with the Pebble devices than iOS users, thanks to the system access Pebble is given through stock apis and third-party software.

Samsung made the s6 really iPhone like and people didn't really like it so sales for the phone were underwhelming so the A8 put stuff back and added more.

Got a pebble the other day. Been playing around with watch faces lately.

Then made some of my own, still working on them.

Now to sleep~

Those are some great faces. I wouldn't stop laughing all day honestly

Yep, simple solution to a problem. Plus it lessens bloat on a game's resources in terms of adding other sprite things to the engine which requires more resources for download etcx

Apple has such a significant market share that everybody has to work with them even if they hate it.

I hate uploading ebooks to apple as it is just pages and pages of information to fill out, then the need a screenshot of the product to make sure it is not lewd, then it is waiting like a day for review and then I can finally activate a title. Oh yeah, I also can't work on Apple's publisher site on my windows computers and have to use an Apple. I dreaded every time I have to work on Apple's platform as it just takes so damn long and all the hoops I have to jump.

As long as it support moe wallpapers...

I know someone who works for Samsung, I'll ask their opinion about it tomorrow.

I just went over and played with it for a few minutes today.

Just...wow...that thing is deceptively light for its size. For a 5.7" phone it feels like a thin stack of index cards.

I asked and they said "It's thin".

  Wow, so helpful. XD

I'll probably wait for the Xperia Z5 and Z5 Ultra then, because from rumors it looks like it will be out late August and early September. It should be coming with an 820 in it.

There's also rumor of a Z5 compact. Huzzah for reasonably sized phones!
