Toradora is an anime that I really really like. I've had multiple times in the past where I started watching an epsidoe....and then ended up watching the entire thing.
I've rewatched it 3 times I believe.
But I seriously can't do it again. It makes me too happy, too sad, and too much feels.

Why the heck didn't they remove Mizue Shisui's access to using the dominators from the sibyl system??? They should've done that the moment she went missing.... this is dumb. I mean.... we've already established in season 1 that the dominators don't do jack schiit without authentication from sibyl.

but besides the stuff mentioned above, the action was pretty good IMO....
Most of those are not actually strikes Borisu with slight aludes to every single one of those things you mentioned
For the first strike. Do realize that Sibyl is the one that controls the Dominators and what not. And remember, Sibyl is the one that has allowed the traitor girl to continue to use her Dominators. It wants to see what will happen and thus is granting access. The Dominator system is under Sibyls control, not one hacker agent lady in a department
The second strike was also alluded to. It's much easier to 'crack' the program and change the visual data than to shut the commands down. It mentioned the use of routing, servers, proxies to mask data, and also that it was housed at the Ministry of Defense servers. It would be unreasonable to disable all of the MoD's servers if at all possible given their skills in that time frame. Remembering that a 'crack' generally involves a fraction of a percent of the data that is involved. They had limited time, couldn't disable the entire countrieis infrastructure if they even wanted to, and had to do it quickly. Deleeting/modifying the virus data so it just displays visual data like normal would be easiest.
The third strike...hmm? The episode pretty much said it all. She didn't want what happened to the MC of the last season to happen again. This is actually a major character development point. She is strong now, no longer abstinant, and unable to do anything. She know, based off her past experiences and inner will. Can make decisions on what she thinks is right and wrong in a situation. Her color is clear, her mindset is clear, and so thus are her actions and sense of moral justice in her actions. Remembering that all she saw, was a potential team-mate of hers potentially about to destroy his own color if he was to fire that rifle.

No translation but it looks like a mad scientist idea for an earbud, which would kind of go with the whole open thing.
I don't think I'll ever understand how putting an obstruction directly in front of a dynamic driver would be a good idea for sound reproduction.

Went to Little Tokyo yesterday and turns out there was a Dragon Ball 30th Anniversary tribute art show going on that particular night. Wouldn't have guessed from all the Kirito and Naruto cosplays~
