You know, some of us might have watched anime for longer than most, or just too much than most, and burnout should be a thing once before (unless you have high tolerance, but still I don't envy you). And like me and linux there, there's a re-gateway drug anime. Anybody else want to share theirs?

I've only been watching anime for a bit over a year now so.... :3

Coming out of nowhere, but is anyone else keeping up with Nourin; or am I the only one who thinks it's pretty funny?

Isn't that the Silver Spoon + loli idol show?
If so....no thanks.

Gah, today's episode 4 of Nobunaga the Fool is just a filler. Kinda pointless to put a filler on the 4th episode.

Awwwww. Panda sad

Lol. Valvrave and Guilty Crown...What are those guys doing even

I think burnout has happened to us for a while now. Why else are we on a thread about anime in an audio forum?

Gateway drug anime to get into anime? Mine was Gundam Wing.

But the show that made me ULTRA invested in anime and that lets me still believe that anime has the possibility for something more would be Code Geass AND the greatest anime ever, LEGEND OF THE GALACTIC HERO'S.

I force dropped it 8 mins into the episode. I made it through enough to see the kango-dog though. That was pretty lol What though

About the Spring 2014 Anime chart. There are quite a few animes that I'm really looking forward to. Gokukoku no Brynhildr, Sidonia No Kishi, Black Bullet, Captain Earth and Atelier Escha. But the two that I really, really want to see and really don't want them to f-up are Gokukoku no Brynhildr (Brynhildr of the Darkness) and Sidonia no Kishi (Knights of Sidonia).

My getaway anime drug? I don't have one rather I imagine my own anime with its own story and setting and it's when I hit a wall, when my imagination runs out that I watch an anime that I like which could be anything.

Talking about imagining things, I finished a little drawing for something that I dreamed up.

(Note: I cheated a bit for the Viper, I used a photo for reference).

Not at all :l
Bryhnldr is by the same mangaka that made Elfen Lied. Think of it as v2.
Not even remotely close, but ok :l

Are you ok Bowei?

Thanks, I'm a huge petrol head and it was cars first that I draw when I was a child then it was manga.

Ohohoh, Brynhildr in the Darkness will not be what you think.

An anime adapted from a manga by Okamoto Lynn will never be for the light hearted rather expect lots of blood à la Elfen Lied.

BTW, Brynhildr comes from German mythology. Look it up.

I have read Brynhildr and I think it's way better than Elfen Lied. Sure there's gore but it's less mindless, pointless gore. It's actually a fairly well done manga.

:D
I'm still digging up a story for this particular project. I have one in mind but it still needs some further development.
