Audio Tecknica WS55i, Denon ADH 1100, AKG K450 or K480 or other alternatives?

Thr klipsch seem to be quite popular ultimately on ears would be better suited for me i think.

The best would be if you got to audition them somewhere. As a whole, I think K518 are more portable, since they are smaller. They are on-ear, or supraaural. The Cal! are circumaural, fullsize, but very lightweight.
 
Sound quality wise they are pretty much on par with each other.

I don't know any place i could try then people are saying the akg are quite uncomfortable are they that bad is there no padding at all and do you have any other knowledge if you had about £70 what would you go for?

I didn't find them uncomfy at all. Actually, they fit me quite well. BUT the Cal! are much more comfortable..

For that money I think you got some good suggestions.

Just buy the ws55 they are just fantastic,looks great and sound is very good great bass which does not effect the mids and highs i would sure pick it over the rest by miles.....
