dude.... if Bocelli and Dion came to life, they probably are the best headphones in the world.

That's fine - why do you think that? I mean, I love the Grados, but I agree that alot of people think they look like 1940s radar-operator 'phones, and although they're comfy for me, some people hate wearing them. Finally, they have a warm, luscious sound, and aren't as accurate as some other 'phones you can get. I'm curious: what makes you dislike them?

That's how I'd describe the HD580, certainly not the low end grado : bright, over detailled and lacking lush in the midrange.

But with an overall puchy and enjoyable sound.
