I'll just point out one thing.

The UE700's are "upgradeable", which means you can send them away for a reshell later and add a driver or two more, in your own Custom IEM.

In the case of the EX600 and GR07, this is not an option, and if they break one day, you can't magically turn them into a better product

You're killing me kiteki! :) Running off to read a UE700 review now...

Tell me, however, regarding isolation, fit and noise issues regarding the EX600s. Are they accurate?

Also - just read another review on the 215s and I'm starting to like them more. I certainly love the replaceable cables, but who knows if that can even be sourced from down under!

UE700 have a linear response.

EX600 have a more tonal response, and higher soundspace.

It's like listening to every note on a piano at once, or a particular scale or chord... I can't explain it succinctly right now my mind is blank.

I haven't gone outside with the EX600's so I have no idea about isolation and wind-noise.

the thing about customs are the price...

reshelling is expensive.. especially in Aus

And more often then not, initial fits dont work too well and forking up several shipping trips are costly...

not to mention our ears do change over time and thus the hassle begins..  again..
