Breath on it, then rub it on your jumper - that's what I do. Ohh come-on - don't we all do that???

Mapleshade has something called Mikro-Smooth that garnered some good comments at another board. I plan to try it out, because I sometimes get secondhand oop CDs that need a little cleaning.

I just put the CD under the tap and give it a full shower and rub before drying it with a cloth.
Lens cleaning? I decided to *never* do that again!

) With properly cleaned CDs only playing the the Discman / CD drive by the time it needs cleaning the whole player should be dead of old age!

Wipe the CD from inside to outer edge in a straight line and never around in a circle, use a glasses cloth for best clean and you can get those spray for glasses for it too but the cloth itself will do fine.
