Maybe they are so back logged they haven't checked emails lately to focus on their current work load? (I remember reading something earlier about the 8+ week waits times?). Although I never had a 2 week cease in communications with Heir. At one point it took them a little over a week to respond to me though.

But that really isn't an excuse for UM Aus since they do not make the CIEMs. UM labs does and they have no difficulty answering my emails in a day or even in a few hours, so why should UM Aus?

Maybe they are hoping you don't know that fact lol .

Yeah, maybe but unless UM improves their communication, I won't be ordering anything from them in the future.

I've already reached that point from my past experiences. The Miracle is a great CIEM, but just not worth the potential hassles of dealing with the inconsistencies from UM Aus. If I had my time again I'd either buy Miracles direct from UM Lab or seek an overseas supplier (more likely would go straight to JH13s though)

Perhaps now that ACustoms are handling a bunch of other brands they don't have the capacity to manage the communications side of things. That's not an excuse though - it's not the customer's fault if the supplier isn't properly resourced in terms of hands-on-deck and appropriate skills for the jobs.

Exactly, except I might have to go for the 1plus2s. From what I hear, it's a RDB v1 on steroids and I really enjoyed the RDB v1 and while it may not be technically as good as top tier IEMs like the K3003, I liked them better.

My thoughts exactly. I want a second top tier option in case my Miracles ever fail me and to give me some variety and it's a split decision between the JH13 FPs or the 1plus2. Can't wait to hear the 1plus2 because they might be more different from the Miracles than the JH13s which I expect to be too similar to the Miracles, but have never heard.

I might also consider the Shure SE846s

I'm actually under the impression that the 1plus2 is better than the Miracles.

Has anyone here pre-ordered the iBasso DX50?  I'd be keen to hear thoughts on the synergy with the Miracles as and when....

Mine is ordered and will be shipped in first batch probably, but I will send my Miracles to refit in a few days and also will be on a bussiness trip from 1-st september for a 2-4 weeks... so will probably not get DX50 and my Miracles for quite a long time (one month if I'm lucky, but probably more...)

After 3 weeks, UM Aus still have not answered any of my emails, but luckily UM labs are much better and despite some communication issues, they managed to solve my problem. I would recommend people to deal directly with UM labs unless you wish to have heaps of unanswered emails...
