Maybe the new site or an e-mail server config went bad during their changeover? BTW, have the Noble K10 (review-ish done, site link in my sig), a few from JH Audio (reviews done) and the A12 (review forthcoming in the October issue). If you've got your heart set on the A12 I say go for it. Was listening to the A12 all morning (5 to 8 am).

Thanks i think i have read all your reviews and actually bought most what you recommended .. Sony Zx2, DHC symbiote fusion cable etc . Since i was having no luck with Adel CS i started to look at K10.. How does it compare to A12.. These two are on my short list and nearly pulled the plug on k10 then i finally got the reply from Adel CS yesterday.. So still leaning towards K10 but need a push towards A12.. Does the Adel module really help expand the soundstage ..Thoughts

IMO the biggest differences with ADEL are bass detail, INSTRUMENT SEPERATION, detail and soundstage.  Tons of separation and detail.  Worth it, plus u will listen at way lower volumes and you will never have fatigue.  I listen all day everyday, no fatigue ever.

That sound really good .. Maybe it will be my next one ( My experience so far with 1964 CS was not that good ) .. Just placed an order for K10 this morning as the many reviews say it signature enhances what ES5 sounds like which is my fav CIEM so far. Some people have compared A12 to do the same as well.. So looks like both are worthy competitors .. Also K10 seem to have good synergies with Sony Zx2. not sure about A12.. 
 
Anyway Thanks all for your feedback and comments ... Much appreciated and it helped me decide

Should be one day from QC -> Shipped. Did you order directly or through a distributor?
